Deleted information on a hard drive can still be accessed if the drive gets into the wrong hands. Easy Shred’s hard drive shredding service guarantees the secure destruction of all data on a hard drive. We collect your hard drives from your premises and transport them to the secure destruction facility where the drives are shredded into 5mm fragments. Once shredding of the hard drives is complete, a certificate of destruction is issued to complete your compliance obligations.

As well as the destruction of hard drives, Easy Shred can destroy all other types of digital media including Solid State Drives (SSDs), USB memory sticks, CDs, DVDs and data tapes. Again, we collect the media from you and once shredding of the digital media has taken place, a certificate of destruction is emailed to you.
